ABOUT THE TRAINING

NEEP is pleased to announce a one-day training on communication and de-escalation as requested by the Delaware Department of Environmental Resources and Environmental Control. This full day presentation/workshop is designed to prepare inspectors, investigators and attorneys on how to de-escalate situations when a confrontation begins to develop. The presentation will provide proven techniques to:

  • prevent a situation from escalating
  • keep a situation from escalating further
  • de-escalate upset people
