DESCRIPTION

The presentation will include information on how to investigate the illegal disposal of waste tires and auto parts. Experiences and practices from the Ohio Office of the Attorney General and Ohio EPA will be discussed, including laws and regulations that Ohio has enacted for these activities. Case studies will be discussed.

  • Tips, techniques and guidance used to determine the entity that has disposed of the tires or auto parts.
  • Resources available to help trace the source or owner of the tires and auto parts.

Anyone involved with handling or investigating the illegal disposal or dumping of waste or scrap tires and auto parts.
